Need to contact someone regarding order just placed...

How do I contact Eastmall, or at least make sure they verify my payment?

I just placed an order (10735) for $45.00 plus $15.00 for shipping.
I then linked to Paypal and made payment.

I have the transaction number from Paypal in the email they sent me.
I can provide that to whomever needs it.

Then I was supposed to be redirected back to the Eastmall site after payment.
But that didn't happen, and I got an internal server error.

So I checked the Eastmall site and it doesn't appear they are aware I have paid.
Not sure what to do now, or whom to contact to make sure I receive my order.

Help please!!

You should be able to go to your pay pal account to see if the transaction was completed. I had a smiler problem for much more money. I could see on my pay pal account that my transaction was completed and got my order in the mail faster then I've ever got an order from China before. But I do have to agree, an e-mail from eastmall international stating they received your order and payment would be nice. I thought this was a standard business practice. This link may help

Didn't see anything on their website to contact them.
But sometimes I am blind, and sometimes I'm just a ......

yes, it is usual practice for email to be sent to our valued customers, but unfortuantely,
we are having problems with the website emails, so untill this is resolved ----
