Sooner or later someone will file a suite for willful endangerment. Forcing Vapors to endure second hand smoke should be illegal.
I doubt it would do any good. Look how so many places are banning smoking in places and including e-cigs in it. This includes bars as well. In Indianapolis, IN it is this way. This means not only are they forced to go outside with smokers, but both smokers and vapors must endure the weather no matter what it is to smoke or vape. The likely excuse by higher ups is "If you don't want to be exposed to that weather don't smoke or vape" They likely would use a similar excuse for us having to deal with the 2nd hand smoke at them places outside next to them. They likely would be like "Well don't stand next a smoker then".
