Sony VCT 5 or Sony VCT 4 are the best bet (by popular opinion), I think they are flat tops.

The Panzer has an adjustable pin, so it will fit the battery and you will be able to adjust it so that you don't get any rattle.
The Caravela states that it has the same, but from the comments on Fasttech it looks as though people are saying that it doesn't and that you will need to get some M4 bolts (some say M5) and cut them to size (depending on the Atty you are connecting).
Other Caravela Mods on Fasttech have proper adjustable 510 pins, like this black version $21.50 Caravela Style Mechanical Mod - 1*18650 / stainless steel / black plated at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping You can notice the difference between the top cap pin in this picture as opposed to the one you linked to.
I would go with the Sony batteries for any 18650 Mod, the amp discharge limit is great for low resistance builds.
