I found interesting information on our beloved Pru Talbot. In 2007 and 2008,she conducted research on stem cells reactions to cigarette smoke. In her research,she used traditional cigarettes and what she calls "reduced harm cigarettes" which actually were light,ultra light,low tar ect.cigarettes. This is where she comes up with her statements about reduced harm ecigs being more dangerous to a fetus than regular cigarettes.
