Please forgive me! I am new to trying DIY.
What I want to do is lower Nic. And maybe improve on even make it present in the vape.
I have a 50ml bottle of Vanilla, 70pg / 30vg. And a 4 oz. bottle of Lorann Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract.
It says contents are extractives of Vanilla Beans in 35% alcohol.

Will this work for what I want to do?
I would use it only in a dripper using cotton. Promise.

I believe it will but I haven't tried it. I saw the same brand at our local grocer but decided to use up the vanilla flavorings I have in stock before I buy any more. The one concern I have is the 35% alcohol because I don't know how it will affect the process of vaping. Perhaps one of our more experienced cooks will chime in.

Here's what I do:
I buy vanilla beans (Madagascar beans are good), just make sure they're good beans, the better the beans, the better the flavor.
Slice 2 bean pods down the middle and place in a 60 ml bottle filled with 80/20 VG/PG
place the bottle in just boiled water, and leave till the water cools.
Shake vigorously for a few minutes then store the sealed bottle in a dark place for a month.
Try to shake vigorously once a day for the first week or so.
After a month or so, you will end up with the best vanilla you ever tasted.
Just use a teabag (emptied) held on top of the bottle as a strainer to hold the beans in the bottle while taking some out to use.
You can replace 10 or 20ml a week, with the plain VG/PG mix to replenish.
