Q for shoppers: Variation in prices of parts

This newbie has looked into things himself and as usual, I have paid the price. Literally.

Initially it looks like TW is competive in small quantities of DSE901 atomizers, batteries, etc. If not the cheapest?

I have no idea about buying in DSE901 parts in bulk within the USA.

I need HELP. Otherwise I may not be able to make my car payment this month
