Quick question my cotton in my rda keeps breaking in the middle of the coil and comes falls out in 2 parts anyone know why?

After i put new coils and wick it its fine in a couple days i will be able to pull each side out of the coil separate, like it tears down the middle

An extra dry, dry hit can produce a coal. If not quenched with a fresh redrip, it will smolder and burn out the center.
Yeah, I think you're just using too much cotton, try a little less. There's a delicate balance between not enough and too much.
When you cut your wicks, do you cut with or against the grain? That could be an issue if its not a dry hit. It would pull right apart if you don't cut with the grains.
