i got the plumeveil clone from tobeco and it is a b tch to get the topcap on and off, it could use a slightly smaller inner diameter. should i shave the o-rings down or sand the whole thing? never attempted this before and i thought i should ask you guys

i should mention it's not a problem all the time, but sometimes it gets a little tighter and harder to put on, at first i thought it was cotton getting stuck in between the base and the top cap, which is a problem because the tolerances are so precise, but now its still happening when there is nothing in there
Throw the dripper in your pocket and go to Ace, Lowes or Home Depot and get the right size O-rings. I do it all the time and the guys at Lowes (they closed my Ace which was better) know me and come to check out the new toys.
did you order the black one? a buddy of mine got one from a local b&m and it had the same problem.
