All it is is a brass tube that goes on instead of say an empty cart for dripping. A mouth piece, so you don't put your lips on the atty. It really is not neccessary, and does not hold more drops, just a prettier, cleaner, and classier way to drip. Mine fits right on to a 510 atty, and while some drip thru it, I pop it off, add drops, pop it back on and vape away. It does get a bit warm at 6volts, but not as hot as the atty would get, and won't melt like a plastic cart will. Hope that makes sense!
