Single Coil 2-3 ohm Cartos to fit 6ml Smok Pro DCT Tank - Flanged

I am currently vaping on a Smoktech Pro 6ml DCTank with Smoktech Dual Coil 2.5ohm cartos on a Lavatube.

I have heard that I can get better results with more battery life using Single Coil cartos. Does anybody know where I can get single coil cartos with the flange that will fit the 6ml DCT tank?

Are these even being made? And no I do not want to trim down the tank tube.
