I dropped my precious lil Chuck the other day :( It's been through falls before, but this one finally damaged it. My Chuck is stuck ON! It's like a dry burn machine! The switch moves, but no amount of pressing, turning, nothing will make it shut off. I've tried different batteries, different atty, nothing helps. I've been looking through all the threads to see if anyone else has the same problem I have but no such luck.

I ordered another lil Chuck yesterday (I bribed him this time ), but before I pester Jeff I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what I could do? Would a cleaning help? I'm not very er, electronically inclined, but maybe I'm overlooking something? This is a bizarre problem and I'm kind of at a loss.

Many thanks for any advice anyone can give

Of course he will fix it, send it in!
Hi! I knew you would :) I just figured I should research first, maybe there was some way I could fix it myself without sending it out. But it's getting weirder-the other day it actually worked right for about 20 minutes then got stuck on again 0.o

When I get my new baby I will ship this one out, because even if it's acting weird, I don't want to be Chuckless. I will enclose a note and postage.

Thanks Jeff, and thanks to all who replied!

That's exactly what happened to me. All it took was a new switch from radio shack. I did it by following the pictures on this page. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...7-chuck-switchectomy-new-skirt-step-step.html
