Vape shop here in town carries Aspire sub-ohm batteries. I'm on a Nautilus with Aspire CF VV battery 4.8v. The sub-ohm batt is at 4.2v can I get better vapor production from the sub-ohm with my Nautilus? And what exactly is sub-ohm? I'd imagine I could get more power from a sub-ohm.
Aside from possibly more battery life, you would not notice a difference for vapor production with your nautilus. Subohm refers to the resistance of the coil heads: they're less than 1 ohm. The same voltage applied to a 0.5ohm coil puts out more power than a 1.5 ohm coil.

My Nautilus doesn't even fire on my CF Sub-Ohm. The coil needs to be <=1 ohm to work.

Edit: Just realized you might be talking about the Aspire Batteries themselves, not the sub-ohm mod. They would probably work but offer no change in performance, other than battery life as listed above.

You talking about this?

Or these?
