This is a first look review of the Subverter Mini by Smokme Tech. This subtank is in the beta stages, but has some amazing flavor at higher wattages. Especially if you love open airflow. It has some of the best airflow I've seen. The device I was vaping on today was the ipv4 running at 100w

Pros:
  • Has a ton of airflow, more airflow than you see in most subtanks.
  • Good flavor, nice warm vape at 100w.
  • You can use Aspire Atlantis coils instead of the Subverter mini coils.
  • It actually uses Organic Japanese Cotton.
  • 4.5ml Juice Capacity

Con’s
  • QC Issues: Coils didn't ohm out at what they were supposed to .2 coils were ohming out at .25(I checked on an ohm reader), and coils tended to leak or gurgle because the little plastic spacer kept coming off of the coil
  • No RBA Base
  • Drip tip has to be removed from the tank to adjust the airflow(this is just a irritating, and subjective)
  • If you want to use your own drip tip you will loose the extra airflow from the drip tip that comes with the subtank, because the airflow is built into the drip tip.
  • There is no shield inside the base of the subtank protecting the coil head from the elements. if you stick this in your pocket and then vape you could inhale dust or pocket lent.
