Tank won't screw onto battery (Triton)

Just received my 1st order from Halo yesterday, inc. 2 Triton batts and 3 tanks.
1 of the tanks simply will not screw onto the batteries. Just keeps twirling around and around, never 'catching'.
The others seem ok, so did I just get a defective one?
Any ideas for a simple fix?

Failing that, can anyone tell me the best way to get the juice out w/o making a giant mess??

Ok, had someone else look at it, and they figured out how to get it on.
Gotta sort of shove it real hard at the beginning.
No idea why. Like I said, the other 2 went on real easy.

Otherwise, FWIW, I am liking these tanks so far. Am considering ordering them in more colors.
Have only tried 2 juices in them at this point, but they seem to have a 'clearer' taste than the last time I tried 'em in cartos.
(AFAICT, my taste buds have yet to recover much from 20 yrs of smoking, and some days they seem even more blunted than others.)

I would still contact Halo customer service. Sounds like the threads on that tank are "off". Wouldn't make sense to take the risk of cross-threading your battery! The tank should screw on quite easily, if not, don't force it.
