Introducing the Crown Variable Wattage/Voltage module by Artisan vaping!

-The Crown is an adjustable wattage/voltage, drop in module for many 18mm battery equipped mods.
-User adjustable wattage range is from 5 watts to 10 watts
-User adjustable voltage from from 3.5 to 5.5V in 0.2 volt increments
-Can be adjusted without having to remove it from the mod
-Feedback is provided by an audio actuator inside The Crown (audio tones)
-The Crown is protected against short cirtcuits, and has thermal shutdown circuitry which will shut itself down if it becomes too hot

That is the vapesafe spacer and doesn't need to be used, but adds 7mm of length when needed and can protect against internal shorts.

Here are instructions on it: Crown User Manual | artisanvaping.com

Wouldn't the crown be the protection already? Would a rare earth magnet be in order here to pick up the extra slack if needed rather than double protection?

Hmmm....I was under the impression, that one module was for VV only, and another module was for VW Only. They were able to combine both functions in one unit ?
I'm a little confused about that too. In the manual it refers to separate "units", but nowhere does it explicitly say. If we buy one from Super-T, which one do we get?

Super T Carries the Crown Version 2.0, which is switchable between VV and VW.

There are no more separate VV and VW units.

I dont see the need for both VV and VW modes.... its about the watts anyway.... your attys resistance changes as it ages, the watts stay constant so will your vape... with VV you will need to check your attys resistance and adjust it like I do with my VV Provari...

.You're the first person I've ever heard claim that less choice is better....

I never said less is better I just dont see the need for it...With watts you set it and forget it...stays constant...
Belive me I have no problem with VV as I own a Provari...you just have to adjust evey now and then as the attys resistance changes with age..

Anyone have the crown. Sounds like pretty good deal. Wonder if it is PWM. I have a Kick and it isn't PWM.

According to the manual "The output produced by the Crown is Direct Current (DC); that is, it is constant, not pulsed and has a 100% duty cycle."
