I was beginning to think everyone froze today

I feel okay most of the time except when I have a gagging coughing fit ... I truly hate bronchitis Just had one with sweat rolling out of my hair and tears running out of my eyes Oh the joys of working in the public again

Sorry to hear about the boil order, those are aggravating. We get one every once in while , usually after it’s over

I hope you feel better soon! Bronchitis sucks!

We may cool off here in a day or two, I sure hope so!
I should be in town buying groceries but just don't feel like it today so I'm sitting here watching my hair dry
Going to be making some beef stroganoff for supper so it's not like we don't have anything to eat

Good morning, Dale, OBG, Joey and sleeping Lurkers. The storms are gone, but the aftermath will be with us for awhile. Went to our local market for a couple of things yesterday and it was stripped clean of many things. No bread, milk, most meats, chips, sodas, fresh veggies, and many other things gone. We might be out of danger of flooding, but groceries will be scarce. So many evacuees here in town. Our little place is not really equipped for this sort of thing. At least the gas stations got resupplied with gas again.

I hope the rest of you all are alright. @Robino1, praying for you and acceptable results! Stay strong.

Paul, I'm glad the storm is finally gone. stay safe in the aftermath. Just caught the tail end of a report this morning of an explosion(s) at the chemical plant.

Afternoon, everyone. I just can't express enough my concerns for all in the path of yet another massive storm. It's going to be years to fully recover from Harvey, and now possibly a replay for Florida, not to mention all the island countries before it gets here. I am praying for all, and for those near to us, Robin, Classy and all of our other Floridians here. Add to that, the devastating fires in the northwest. It's definitely been a very trying time for this country. God help us all.

Been trying to get caught up here for a while and kept getting interrupted...now I can't remember what the heck I wanted to respond to.

For all those with snow and ice, stay warm and stay safe if you must go out.

Joey, sending healing vibes for you...sorry you won't be able to help out with cooking...just take it easy and be pampered for a change.

I finally figured out the perfect gift for the bf...I had gotten him a bunch of little things that would have sufficed, but I just wasn't happy with it...today I found out Tim Allen is coming to one of the casinos by me in February, so I got tickets for us to go...he loves Tim Allen, so this will be perfect!

Just had dinner...BBQ pork and brisket...was great! Now sitting back with a frozen eggnog daiquiri and about to watch a movie.
