I don't think I have anywhere close to 12 favorites yet, even though I've tried many many juices, but let's see:

1) Mom's Raspberry Truffle: Gourmet Vapor (Holy crapola, good stuff)
2) Green Peach Tea with menthol: Rawr Vapor
3) Kahlua and Cream: Viking Vapor (cheapest and fastest vendor I've found)
4) Lemon Pound Cake: Velvet Vapor
5) Georgia Peach: Pink Spot

I've tried about 35 flavors now, but unfortunately I don't have 12 favorites out of those. Hopefully a few of the ones I have steeping now will turn out better in a few weeks, I have my doubts though. In a rough order (changes slightly every few days)...

I'm still on the hunt for a sweet and creamy coffee flavor for a morning vape, so keep those lists comin!

Sorry only three, and must qualify them with the type of e-cig I use and the nicotine concentration. Your results will vary significantly using anything else.

510 with Joye standard carto:
1) Dekang Camel at 36 mg (took me a month to acquire a taste for it).
2) TW Premium Doppio Espresso at 36 mg.
3) Dekang Cherry at 18mg or 24mg.

eGo-T (when I could actually make mine work right):
1) TW Premium Doppio Espresso at 36 mg.

The list is short because I don't bother buying anything but tobacco, coffee and cherry flavors anymore. I got tired of wasting money.

Weird heavy clove cinnamon tobacco juice.
I smoked clove cigs exclusively for a year and this juice is spot-on or better

1 Velvet Vapors - Orange Spice Tobacco (18mg / Velvet Blend)
2 Vermillion River - Kentucky Premium Blend (15mg)
3 Alien Visions - Gorilla Juice (18mg) - please finish moving so I can order more
4 Alien Visions - Boba's Bounty (18mg) - ditto to above
5 Backwoods Brew - Peach (18mg)
6 Vermillion River - Hard Lemonade (15mg) (tastes even better with a few drops of blueberry thrown in)

Rockstar Vapor - Red Hots (it's exactly like a piece of big red - makes me anxious to get my order of Atomic Cinnicide from Tasty Vapors which is currently in a mixing status)

Close but not quites....
Vermillion River - Kentucky Maplewood - it's good to be sure - but a little 'thick' (taste not liquid)
Backwoods Brew Cherrywood - again, good and I'll finish the bottle - but a little heavy on the Cherry and the Cherry is a little on the cough syrup side. This is probably after 3-4 weeks
Velvet Vapors - Apple Hookah - again very good - but a bit mellow on the flavor side for me

Bleach!
Velvet Vapors - White Chocolate Hazelnut. This was a free sample - so it's certainly appreciated! This flavor, however, was not at all to my palette as the best way to describe would be 'chalky'. Then again, I'm not a big fan of White Chocolate so not entirely unexpected.

Well most of my numbers of flavors are DIY but these are the premixes I have bought and liked

4)Vapor Station Seattle (cant place the type yet but in a short R5 CE2 tastes like some brand of menthol cig I've had Spot on at 3.6v)

3 - Menthol Peppermint (PA Menthol at 10%) (PA Peppermint at 15%)
4 - Coconut (PA Coconut Extra at 25%)
5 - French Vanilla Peppermint (PA French Vanilla at 20%) (PA Peppermint at 5%)
6 - RY4 (PA RY4 at 25%)
7 - Black Cherry Cheesecake (PA Black Cherry at 15%) (PA Cheesecake at 15%)
8 - Jamaican Rum Bavarian Cream (PA Jamaican Rum at 15%) (PA Bavarian Cream at 15%)
9 - Maraschino Cherry Sweet Cream (PA Maraschino Cherry at 15%) (PA Sweet Cream at 15%)

Note 1 - I make all of my juices at 75% PG and 25% VG - 18 mg nicotine
Note 2 - I add 1% MTS Vape Wizard (Flavor Art Italian Flavors) - MTS stands for Mellow-Thick-Smooth, and it makes everything better.
Note 3 - I get nearly all of my DIY supplies at One Stop DIY Shop
Note 4 - I thin VG with 10% distilled water before I make any VG measurements.
Note 5 - I use the Juice Me Up Calculator to help me with all of my measurements in mixing: eJuice Me Up - e-Juice e-Liquid Recipe Calculator - You could enter this information and a few more facts and duplicate my juice. One needed fact is the e-nic content that you start with. One piece of information the calculator asks for is how many drops equals 1 ml. 20 is a good number but not accurate since every dropper is different. I use syringes to measure with, so I don't worry about drops.
