Under the tongue?

I've noticed that my taste buds are being hijacked/numbed, so I was thinking about how we drink coffee, we tuck the tips of our tongues under to keep them from getting singed.

Same sort of concept, but with some additional benefits. We take in the nicotine through the top of our tongues, which is slower than the delivery methods that cigs use, but what if, when we vape, we lift up our tongues. I know that some meds are delivered that way, nitro, for example.

Has anyone heard if this is a good or bad thing? I'm doin it and I'm not dead yet lol
