Vapormaxx is revising out warranty to suit the needs of our customers. We are also outlining a few products which are new and are not covered under warranty.

Vapormaxx replacement warranty is a basic "we have it, we replace it" lifetime warranty. Just like craftsman tools, as long as its a product which we cary and have more of we can replace it.

Items under warranty:
Battery (eGo, Standard 510 and 4081 VMX)
Atomizer
Charger
Wall and Car charger adapter
Cases
PCC Case
Atomizer Cones

Items NOT under warranty:
Drip Tips
Cartomizers
Cartridges
E-juice
Mods
Mod Batteries and Chargers
Specialty Items
Lanyards

We look to make our customers happy and we are glad to replace anything that we can. Some items are outdated and have been removed from our shelves such as our KR808 and our VMX Mini. These items are no longer stored in our shop and as such we can not replace any of these.

In the even the store is sold out of an item we are unable to do replacements, however once inventory is received we will replace your items ASAP.

WARNING: Personal modification of any Vapormaxx product will void this warranty.
Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. Items which work are not returnable and there is a no Cash returns policy. Items which work cannot be replaced because; of look or color, taste, smell. This return policy is for broken items which no longer function. (So if you use a nasty juice burn through it, dont return it)

We will gladly replace warranty items which are damaged or broken in nearly any circumstance.

Car ran over it?
WE REPLACE THAT!
Fell and broke?
WE REPLACE THAT!
Old atomizer just died?
WE REPLACE THAT!
Fell in a toilet?
PLEASE RETURN IN A ZIPLOC BAG and yes
WE REPLACE THAT!

Q: Do i have to pay for this warranty?
A: when you purchase from Vapormaxx we add in the warranty fee. Sure you can buy these items for cheaper elsewhere but ours has our warranty and thats what we stand by. Paying an extra $20 is worth it when your batteries die, break, short, etc. and the atomizers as well are covered. In the long run it saves you money without having to buy replacements.
