VUSE USB charger does not work?

I saw the topic about the red/white/red/white blinking and I'm getting that too. I used a free Vuse coupon and after the battery died I went to charge it and nothing happened. I know it's not my USB ports because my MarkTen charger is working just fine.

I notified customer service and they are sending me coupons for a new unit and free cartridges.

Anybody else have the problem with the charger not working and have we figured out what the red/white/red/white flashing is?

Let's face it. It's a product designed to take your money (lots of it) rather than offering a realistic alternative to smoking (to many users) from either an efficacy or satisfaction viewpoint.

I'm fairly sure that failures are commonplace.

I did Google and I found nothing. That's why I came to this page. Nothing on the PDF about the red/white/red/white flashing Just every other flashing combination. If I get my free coupons like they said they would send me, I'll give it another try. But I've had zero problems with MarkTen and Blu.

If you're getting free replacements for free products you're doing OK. It'll still be crap though.
