Rayon from Sallys here as well, I've tried all the popular stuff and good ole bulk rayon from the beauty store kills them all IMO. Massive supply for $10 as well, can't be beat.
Another convert here...Been using 100% cotton from Sally's for six months as well as experimenting with ... cotton after starting out with rebuildables a year ago using silica.
I'm 100% solid in the Sally's Rayon camp now. There is no comparison in my opinion with any other wicking material I've used when you look at the ability to wick the liquid to the coil and the amount of flavor.
I paid about $11.50 plus shipping-- $18.49 shipped for 500 feet right from Sally's website...The big number on the box is 44060
Don't get the "reinforced rayon" or the 100% cotton..make sure it's just 100% rayon
After splitting up the box into a couple bags for friends I still have half a box left..lol It'll easily last me several years.
I always used organic cotton and thought it was fine but could maybe be better at wicking my 100% vg liquid. So I decided recently to try Graham's Rayon and have to say I'm completely sold on it. It wicks better and it tastes so much cleaner. I don't think I'll be going back to cotton any time soon.
