I like the "this product contains 26mg of nicotine"-style distinction from almost all of the sites that we are buying from, over the "1.8%" that I got from my default cartomizers from my njoy.

I can't stop wondering though, what is the milligram content in reference to on the whole? 26mg per ______?

I would like to know this so I can know my own percentages when I start to cook (sorry, personal vocabulary) my own juice.

Thanks! That seems easy enough. I'm still not sure what the percentage would be in relation to though. How do NJOY come up with the 1.8% figure?

hm...that ought to be 18mg/ml

Oh, and about your other post re: law and e-cigarettes.....the NJOY/SE case in that section of the forum is where it's at. One of the defendants left but it's still going to be important precedent. The issue is whether ecigs are drug delivery devices or tobacco products, as this dictates the FDA's possible scope of action.
