Acne update

Hello Deeo. I was doing a search and I stumbled across this, so I figured I'd comment.
It's funny, because my problem is the opposite of yours. I used an 80/20 ratio for almost 3 years and seemed to always have a problem and this was from the day I quit smoking, and just the end of the summer, I finally started playing around with the ratio of my liquids and when I jumped down to 50/50, I saw a significant difference in my acne problem. I am down to 20 PG now and it's been cleared up. This was very painful I'd like to add. I truly believe it was the PG (for me) because I experimented with the different ratios and when I went back to 80/20, I would break out something fierce. I don't ever remember acne being that painful either. Good luck and have a good day.

I understand completely what you went through. They were sore and very tiny but all over and red with a couple cysts like ones. It was horrible. I am glad we both were able to level the pg vg out to where our faces are back to normal.
Now I just need to get the weight off that I gained I this past year.

Glad you were able to find out what it was for you too. I also put on some weight but this past year got almost 60 pounds gone.
