I had trouble with my order, they fixed it one time, then my other orders just went to the toilet, out of the 20 or so I have spent money on, I have 1 I love (horchata, surprised? Lol) and 1 other I can tolerate, watergate salad. ( it's like that pineapple, pistachio, cool whip stuff that's always at reunions)
But again lots of money wasted

I have ordered here and there from other vendors, some big boys, and some throw it in a bottle with some flavor that makes me think "u have to be joking"

For awhile I just EXPECTED to hate it, and became very discouraged, looked into DIY, threw more money after bad, then around Christmas along came Highbrow......

Now then am I going to say they have the best juice ever and if u don't like it there must be something wrong with u? (maybe) Jk no, I won't say that. Was I pleasantly surprised, yes, did I love every juice? No, BUT, I found something so much more valuable. I found Scribe, or Byran.

I found a vendor who gave a sh@@, listened to what I had to say, and tried to fix it. I would expect a new vendor to have a mishap here and there, but it's the way it is handled that makes a difference, and will keep me as a customer. It pains me that there are reviews out there that may turn vapers away from highbrow, but IMO its their loss and my gain. Now then that doesn't help Bryan, lol, but hopefully it makes him feel better.

Plus I have no doubt that Bryan has most likely lost sleep from these reviews, and proli at this moment trying to figure out a way to redeem himself. THAT is what I love. I will be honest and say I don't take criticism well, (Virgo) so I respect anyone who does. Maybe mister stein should have spoke to Bryan and told him exactly what he wanted, that is part of the highbrow experience after all, being able to customize to YOUR tastes!!

If I could say one more thing concerning juice reviews, if u want to read them and spend your money based on them, do yourself a favor. Look at the reviewer, find someone who has similar tastes to yours. I can say I will never buy a juice based on what that site says, my tastes do not match his. I look for ppl who like the same thing as I do, that alone has saved me some money. And if u buy a juice after u have researched it and find u don't like it, email the vendor before u bash them all over ecf. Tell the vendor what it is u don't like, don't just say it sucks, u have to give them something to go on. Maybe they will answer u, maybe they will stand behind the "no refunds on juice" policy. Then decide if u want to continue doing business with them.

Until we have access to juice we can smell and test, or we get smell a vision, this is what we need to do to feed our addiction, ymmv.

Great review, or blog. You have made me decide to try Highbrow. Also learned that that's why I hate critizism. I too am a virgo. LOL Never knew that was why. This was very well written.:)
