Yay, finally! My much-anticipated Boge LEO finally arrived. I read the hilarious instructions, and then proceeded to try it out.
Now, on first try, I put one of the cartridges into it. I'm a bit.. confused. It tastes like melting plastic. I always thought they were supposed to come with prefilled carts. I emailed VaporFlow, and Jason quicky replied, telling me they're all empty, because people mostly like to fill them with their own juice. Ahhhh, so I was vaping plastic. Hah! Okay.
Well, maybe not. Because, as I hear now in the forum, atomizers often are shipped in primer. Primer, huh? Ick. So that's what that foul taste is. Some in the forum, as well as Jason from VaporFlow suggested blowing out the atomizer into a cloth or paper towel. That wasn't good enough for me, so I just washed them in some cheap rum.
Why rum? Because I didn't have any vodka. Why vodka? Because I'd rather accidentally vape vodka than rubbing alcohol, should I have not rinsed them out well enough in hot water.
I dried them out, very well, and now I'm going to drip a bit of mango e-juice in there and get 'er fired up. Ohhhh, MUCH better.
So, dripping works. Now I'm going to put the cartridge in. I filled it with more of the mango juice. I hope I didn't put too much in. It's not working, so I probably overfilled it. Hmmmmmm. Take out cartridge, blow through back of atty to see.. oh.. oh. yep! It's all gurgly and over-filled. Okay.
Put the cartridge back in, and here we go.... SWEEEEEEEEEEET! This already is better than my old 808. Of course, it's giving much more vapor, and now my 24mg liquid comes off as a little strong. Oh, where's my giant bottle of vg?
Oh, wait.. Was this not also the passthrough model? ..find power cord.. find power cord.... well oh my goodness! Look at it workin' thar! The light is still on, showing it is charging, so that's a bit odd. I don't mind it, one bit, but you don't have the gratification of a light coming on as you depress the button.
