02.05.2011. satURday. Joye Ego-T. So Far, So Great!

I just got my Joye Ego-T in the mail. Again, my man took the mail key with him, so I had to wait until late to get it. Heh.

Vicki at Cignot was very helpful in helping me select this product. She answered my questions with surprising speed. In fact, such fine customer service prompted me to close several other vendors' windows. I got free shipping, by the way. ..another nice touch.

I soaked my atomizers in rubbing alcohol for a while, rinsed them in water, and blew them out. This got rid of the primer, completely.

I got a little antsy, not wanting to wait for twelve hours to let the atomizers dry. I blew it out a little more, dabbed at it desperately with a tissue, filled a tank up, popped it in, and BAM.. instant vapor. There was no waiting for the thing to prime up. That is very nice.

What is also nice is that my .... juices made from the Perfumer's Apprentice flavours are quite more palatable, now. Sure, they don't taste like what they're supposed to, especially the mango, but at least they don't taste like complete unvapable .... now.

I took out a tank, and put one with another flavour in it's place. I noticed some condensation inside the atomizer, but no great pools of juice. Hm. I suppose that is acceptable. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't start leaking like all my other ecigs.

The batteries, 1000mAh (which are the largest you can get for the Joye Ego), are sleek 'n' sexy. Yeah, I said sexy. They have a crazy function where, if you wail on the button, it turns the whole unit off, so it doesn't turn on in your pocket. That's nifty.

So far, so good. I'm quite impressed by this lil' baby. I also like how it comes with TWO batteries.... No other ecig I've ever purchased came with a backup. Nice.
