Another day another craving..

Ugh I wish these dang cravings would just go away. Today sat with 2 smoking friends, took one puff got sick afterwards and knew that I was done for good with the smoking. After taking that one puff I held onto my vape pen like it was a lifesaver and I was a drowning victim who had just been saved. I can not express to anyone how much vaping really has changed my life with a new way of thinking, and my health. I know we all slip and fall when it comes to quitting, but right now just feel like I let myself down.
