Creme B is made with VZ flavors.
It is .1ml of 7 star tobacco flavor and .5ml of the SC Gourmet Creme Brulee flavor to 15ml of base at whatever level you like.
Although the VZ feels more expensive when you buy it, it takes so little of the SC (super concentrate) it is a better value...
