Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Fresh or frozen broccoli
Cream of mushroom soup -2 small cans (or cream of celery or chicken)
Mayo (I use miracle whip)
Stuffing Crumbs - I get the bagged pepperidge farm stuffing
Shredded mozzarella cheese
First you'll want to lightly season & sautée your chicken breaks (after slicing them into pieces)
Boil your broccoli for about 8-10 mins
If you use mayo, put your cream of mushroom soup into a bowl & mix with 2 healthy spoonfuls of mayo
Once your chicken & broccoli pieces are done start your layering
Chicken on the bottom
Broccoli next
Cream of mushroom mix
And a layer of shredded cheese
After 2 - 3 layers (depending on the dish size) top it off with your stuffing crumbs
Cover dish & bake at 375 for 40mins or so. Then let it sit for about 5 mins before serving
