I would be lying if I said that I havent thought about an analog. I think about them, I even work out whole scenerios where I could justify/rationalized buying a pack and then "really" quitting analogs on Sept 1.
I havent....I dont think I will. The urges are not very strong. But they are there.
Today I got an especially strong one and vape a little bit of a low nic juice, with the patch and I got through it pretty good.
Doing well.......tho I think the smoke I miss most is that first morning one with my first cup of coffee.
But its all good.
