I have had just two analogues today, and plan to have only two tommorow. Then I will try to be quit of analogues all together. Only problem is that I tried doing this in a major weight loss push. I have lost about 30 lbs and have 15 left to go. Now I seem to be in a plateau, which could honestly be a coincidence. But looking at my food diary the culprit really seems to be carbohydrates. I am not a no carb or very low carb, but I do try to stay around 30%. Lately that has been very hard if not impossible. Weird thing is, it hasn't even been for sweets. It has been for grape nuts or bread. I can easily sit and eat four servings of grape nuts. It really makes me wonder more about the underlying biochemistry of it all. It also makes me wonder if wta might be a solution for this as well. But without knowing the whys of these grain cravings it is hard to say. And I really don't want to add more chemicals if less will do. As hard as it is, and as much as I want the wta for the cigarette cravings, I think maybe I can manage that without it, but this carb thing is partially life threatening because the reason I went lower carb was because of my grain allergies, the weight loss and better lipid panel was the wonderful side effects.
