I had one analog cigarette yesterday on Christmas. But it was Christmas....I can have a treat right? LOL
Got a little stressful with all the family being around, so I lit up an analog. And guess what, it wasn't that satisfying. I was only 3-4 days analog free, so you think I would still enjoy an analog, but I didn't. The whole experience while I was smoking it, just wasn't satisfying to me at all. Even when I was done, I had to go vape to get completely satisfied. A little odd seeing how the 3 days prior I was saying almost the opposite, that the vape wasn't completely satisfying me.
I've had 1 analog in the last 5+ days, so that's a miracle for me. I've been back on track since that set back and doing good. The craving for the analog is still there a little bit. But I just remind myself how dissatisfying the one I had the day before was, and I am able to get pass the craving.
Turns out this transition was easier than I anticipated. At first I kind of thought I would still smoke 5-10 analogs a day for a while until I got over it. But it's been remarkably easy to stay away from the analogs. In the past 5 days alone I saved as much money from smoking analogs, then the costs of my first PV kit. Sure I've spent a little more after my original purchase on juice, cartos, and accessories, but Within the next 10 days I will have saved as much money on analogs then the extra money I've spent on vaping gear. And I have quite a bit of juice to keep me going for over a month (possibly 2 months). So I am already seeing the money saved, and how much I will save the longer I go.
I can''t wait for 2012 to start, so I can start a new year without analogs. It's going to be a great feeling when I can say that I went the entire year of 2012 without an analog. It's going to be even more amazing when I'm able to say it's been 2+ years.
I think putting down the analogs and picking up the PV was the smartest decision I've made my entire life.
Cheers to me!
