Go me! I'm on a roll. A whole week smoke free.
However about a day or two ago, I think I came down with "vapors tongue." I started DIY mixing too, but I just can't distinguish my flavors...I don't understand. It's not that I can't taste them, it's that they all taste the same...very strange. I can't really explain it. Food hasn't much taste either. I've lost my appetite, eating more for necessity than taste. I've even been forgetting to eat, only remembering when I start to feel a bit light. Also, I noticed I have dry mouth like crazy. I have been so thirsty lately, drinking gallons of water a day. I thought I was going to get away with it, but I wound up a pretty bad case. I suppose it will pass, but I hope sooner rather than later.
I've been feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. I don't know anybody over here that I can share this hobby with! Everyone is kinda supportive about my quitting smoking, but no one understands my enthusiasm for modding and mixing. I've even offered to make some builds for my smoker friends, but they say they would rather "quit without crutches." Maybe I try too hard...
The overwhelming feeling is slowly passing...I've made a game plan. I'm going to take apart an atty, and attempt to build one myself. The tanks don't look hard either. I've got more vapemail coming than I remember ordering, so that should keep me excited for a while.
Also, I know I've said it before, But I truly appreciate the support from this forum. Where my friends fail me, I can always turn here.
