  • Bacon - This is a very mild flavor. I mixed it all the way up to 45% with VG and still almost couldn't taste it, although what I could taste of it had a smokey ham flavor, which stays with you for a while after vaping it. Interestingly, this flavor cleans the atomizer of other flavors that are lingering. This makes all kinds of vapor.
  • Banana Cream - I mixed this at 15% with VG. It tastes like fresh, sliced bananas just like the ones you'd add to your morning cereal. It has a slight hint of the banana peel in the aftertaste, which is actually quite interesting. It goes well with other flavors (like Graham Cracker or Waffle, for instance), but can easily be overpowered by them, and I'll bet it would be wonderful with some chocolate flavors (which I don't have, so you'll want to try this if you do).
  • Bavarian Cream - I found this to be a deliciously creamy flavor that is a bit on the mild side. I mixed it at 10% and can barely taste it, although what I can taste is absolutely divine. I'll mix up a stronger batch and continue this...
  • Black Tea (sample) - I mixed this one at 10% with VG. It tastes like authentic, fresh black tea with a hint of sweetness to it. I'm not sure if the sweetness is from the VG or from the flavor. Either way, if you like black tea, you'll love this flavor. It also makes clouds of vapor!
  • Brown Sugar Concentrated - This is delicious and smells and tastes just like brown sugar, except not as sweet. It can be used on its own or mixed with other flavors. I'm kind of surprised to be saying this, but I like it as is without needing to mix it with any other flavors. I mixed it at 10% with VG and PG, but I'll bet you could mix it at 5% and still find it delicious.
  • Butter (sample) - This tastes like butter flavor microwave popcorn.
  • Caramel Cappuccino (sample) - An incredibly strong flavor. Keep this only in glass bottles because it's so strong. Mixing it at 5% with VG seems to be just right. It has a creamy caramel flavor with a nutty after-taste. I'm not sure if that's what Cappuccino tastes like, since I've never had it, but this would be a great dessert or first thing in the morning flavor.
  • Cheesecake - (TO BE CONTINUED) This is too weak mixed at 10% with VG for me to taste it. I will mix this stronger and then review it.
  • Cinnamon RedHots - I mixed this at 10% with VG. It tastes just like the cinnamon red hot candies I remember from my childhood. From what I hear of cinnamon flavors elsewhere, they can be hot enough to burn. This one is not like that. This is a friendly cinnamon flavor while still being nice and strong.
  • Coconut Flavor Extra - I mixed this at 20% with VG and got the same flavor as the coconut filling inside of a Mounds bar. If you were to combine this flavor with some chocolate, you'd create the taste of a Mounds bar!
  • Coffee - This tastes like burned coffee - the way the coffee tastes if you leave it on the heat too long and let it get kind of thick. I mixed it at 10% with VG and PG and wasn't fond of that burned taste. I tried adding a bit of Waffle flavor to it since that has sort of a creamy base flavor and I figured that would make coffee and cream. It's actually surprisingly good together, so I think I'll mix up a bottle of the Coffee flavor to have on hand for mixing with other flavors.
  • Cola - This smells just like Pepsi, but tastes a bit like Pepsi with a hint of rootbeer added in. I mixed this at 10% with VG. If you mix it with PG, it has a bit more kick to it. It's got a slight sweetness to it on exhale.
  • Cotton Candy - I mixed this at 15% with VG and it has a very mild spun sugar flavor without being heavily sweet. This does not create the sweet spots on the tongue that the sweetener flavor does, but could be used when subtle sweetening is wanted.
  • Cranberry (sample) - This is a deep, rich, fruity cranberry flavor with a hint of raspberry or strawberry taste to it (I can't quite decide which) that's reminiscent of jam. It's absolutely divine! I mixed it at 10% with VG, and it's perfect, but if you like your flavors strong, this could be mixed at 15% without being overpowering. Don't judge this one by how it smells, because it doesn't smell anything like it tastes. I didn't think I'd like it when I originally sniffed it, but I'm very glad I tried it. It's phenomenal. A signature flavor.
  • DK RY4 (sample) (Apparently this is now known as DK tobacco Base) - This tastes like a combination of corn chips, sweet tobacco, and a hint of nuttiness, with the lasting after-taste being the sweet tobacco. I mixed this at 10%, and it could probably easily be mixed at 5% and still provide ample flavor.
  • English Toffee - I mixed this one all the way up to 20% with VG to try to taste it, and all I can get is a slight hint of caramel and a nuttiness, but it's very mild. Either my taste buds are off or something happened to this flavor during shipping (it might have gotten hot in the truck during its trip across the country). I'll come back to this flavor later to give my taste buds a break in case that's it, and if not, then I'll order another bottle in winter and see if it tastes different.
  • French Vanilla - This smells just like French Vanilla coffee creamer. This flavor changes depending on how strong you mix it. I recommend mixing it at no more than 5% with VG or PG. That way you will get a mild vanilla taste reminiscent of vanilla ice cream. If you mix it any stronger, it gets hints of a floral taste to it.
  • Gingerbread - This is incredibly authentic gingerbread flavor. It has the perfect blend of spices combined with a sweetness and cookie flavor that all blend together to convince you they just came out of the oven. You almost end up chewing on your e-cig, it's so real. I mixed this at 10% with VG and PG.
  • Graham Cracker - This is a rich, creamy flavor that tastes like graham crackers with a hint of vanilla and spice - reminiscent of Golden Grahams cereal in a way. It has a slight sweetness to it on the inhale. There's no need to mix it any stronger than 5% with VG for full flavor, although it packs a nice punch at 10%. This is a great accompaniment to a cup of coffee or tea. I have to say this is my favorite flavor. :D Absolutely delicious! Oh, and it makes clouds of vapor! I can't praise this flavor highly enough. It's just amazing. This could be a figurehead flavor, if there is such a thing.
  • Green Apple - This tastes just like the Jolly Rancher apple candies minus the tartness they had. It could probably do with some sweetening, but is good as is. This one wants to be mixed at 10%.
  • Green Tea - (TO BE CONTINUED) I haven't tried this yet.
  • Maple Syrup - This tastes just like maple syrup, but is pretty mild. You'll want to mix this at 15 - 20% or more with VG. It makes clouds of vapor!
  • Marshmallow - I mixed this at 10% with VG and it was too weak to even be tasted. I then mixed it at 15% and it has a gentle, creamy sweetness with almost a hint of vanilla. The taste is more similar to a marshmallow that's been melted than a fresh one, but that's terrific when you want to use it to make Smores! I can also imagine this would go well with any kind of cocoa or chocolate flavor (I don't have any to try it with).

I got the DK Tobacco Base and it smells like satanic apples. It haunts my dreams.. I couldn't even vape it. Sometimes I can smell it through the plastic bag 3 (big) rooms over in my bedroom while I'm in bed. Did you ever find anything to mix it with?

DK Tobacco Base - It's so powerful of a fruity smell that it will dominate any other flavor with only a few drops (in 5ml). It's light in color. Get a 4ml sample but beware that this is not a open the bottle and it smells like a fresh pack of cigs smell. It might be good for an apple tobacco mix. As yet I haven't found anything to tone it down to the level I can use it.

Peanut Butter - it's awesome even by itself. Couldn't ask for a better flavor. Light in color. Definitely buy this by the oz.

Double Chocolate (clear) - It tastes exactly like Cocoa Puffs cereal, that fake chocolate taste, but it makes for some tasty juice and it's clear so you won't be killing your equipment as fast. This is my preferred all day vape of choice. Definitely buy this by the oz.

Cappuccino - It's really dark and it's so weak you'd have to use a ton to get anything out of it. I don't personally recommend it but I'm relatively new to DIY. It's very dark - carto killer. Get a 4ml sample if you want to chance it.

Vanilla Bourbon - It's advertised as a mixer only but it dominates the smell of anything you mix it with. I haven't had a lot of luck with it yet so I say it's 50/50. It's VERY dark so it's probably also a carto killer. Get a 4ml sample.

Will add more later as my experience with the flavors grows.
I have: All their other tobacco flavors (RY4, Honey Tobacco, Tobacco), Sweetener, and Caramel Candy left to try at this time.

I never did find anything to mix the DK Tobacco Base with, but I loved the imagery of your description of being overpowered by its smell through vast distances. :D

Another issue that can come up is that the flavors create a rather sickening smell if they're kept near each other, although any one of them might smell nice if set off by itself somewhere. I highly recommend getting one of those big, huge glass pickle jars and putting all your flavors in there. That's what I've done to isolate them so they can't come wafting out uninvited. :laugh:

Thanks for all your descriptions of flavors! As you already know, I've also tried the DK Tobacco Base, and we've both reached the same conclusion that you only need a little of that for a nice, strong taste. I agree with you on the peanut butter. That's definitely a solid flavor. I've never tried all the others you listed, but will definitely try all but the bourbon at some point. I'd love to know what the Caramel Candy is like. Caramel Cappuccino is one of the flavors that must be kept inside of glass unless you want to smell it in your bedroom, and I wonder if the Caramel Candy will be, too. :shock:

I look forward to hearing about more of your experiments. Right now I'm sitting on a bunch of as-yet-untried flavors:

And if that's not bad enough, I only have 7 empty bottles left, so I can only really give half of these a try unless I start playing mad scientist with NyQuil cups standing in for bottles. :banana:

I'm too ashamed to mention how I am doing my mad scientist work. Suffice it to say it's far worse than anything you got going on. I had 0 bottles to start, and I don't really know where to get them locally and I don't want to pay mad shipping for a few dollars of empty bottles.

How could you be risking an atomizer? They're cleanable. Are you talking about cartomizers? Even that terrible and potent DK Tobacco Base was washed clean through repeated adding of chocolate and peanut butter. I use a 306 Low Resistance Atomizer for flavor testing and Boge 2.0 ohm LR Cartos for my vapage.

Caramel Candy is quite fine by itself. I don't know how well it plays with others but I have tasted the flavor and it's a little on the butterschotchy side but if you like TPA's Peanut Butter I see no reason why you wouldn't also enjoy the Caramel Candy flavor. It seems to me that all the flavors that taste good (by taking a dab off the bottle and licking your finger lol) also vape well. There is definitely some alcohol in the Caramel Candy though. I find that the more alcohol the flavor the weaker the vape but I still have confidence in it. It's definitely worth getting a sample next time.

Either they renamed or discontinued M-Type tobacco. I have all their tobacco flavors (that aren't made from actual tobacco extracts) and that is not among the ones currently available. Just RY4(which is a little minty tasting like a weird altoids), Tobacco (similar - minty undertone maybe even like a halls cough drop - it's a tongue tingler), Black Honey Tobacco (weak), and DK Tobacco Base (satanic apples from hell). I haven't vaped them yet though so the vape could change these completely. I vaped the DK a little bit but I couldn't get past the smell to even notice anything else.

You can get bottles from Perfumers Apprentice. If you order 25 of the 3 ml or 6 ml bottles, they're 29 cents apiece. If you order 25 of the 10 ml size, they're 31 cents apiece. I just tack them onto my flavor order. :D

As far as risking the atomizer, I only have 5 atomizers to my name right now (must order more), and I like to keep at least 3 clean, brand new backups. Then there's one I let company use when they want to try an e-cig. If I go for a bare-bones set-up (which is what I've currently got going on), that leaves me one to try flavors with. Although you can get flavor back out again, you can't do it instantly, which means you can't have a one-night tasting-fest.

I never thought of taking a drop of straight flavor and licking it! I'll have to dare to try that. I generally mix mine at 5% or 10% with VG and then just vape them. Some of them sure would be good added to hot cocoa or coffee, though!

I haven't tried the M-Type tobacco yet, but I've smelled it, and it's kind of like a pile of leaves that sat for a while in your yard in Fall combined with a slight butterscotch undertone, although that could be stuck in my nose from having tried it. Oh! The butterscotch is DIVINE! It's thick and rich at 10% and tastes great vaped right away after mixing without even sitting. I'll let you know if I try it again in the morning and it's different. I heartily approve of it, though, and can't wait to mix it with my graham cracker and waffle to see what happens. :thumbs:

Although I'm loving the sweet flavors, I'd still like to find real cigarette smoke flavor - that delicious, harsh bite that I so fondly remember from my smoking days. So far I haven't found it, but I'm certain that whoever invents it will be rich, and I'll happily help make them that way. :laugh:

Great work here Little Girl! :thumbs: I really like that you have listed your impressions based on the individual flavors alone rather than a mix. I just received some more TPA flavors and I'm just itching to give them a whirl.

I mixed up some TPA Belgian Waffle 10% last week using VG and it is (was) fantastic, I vaped it all! I just got some double Chocolate and Coconut, so I'm going to try to make the Mounds Bar like you suggest. Sounds good!

Do you dilute your VG? I read that it can be diluted anywhere from 5% on up depending on the percentage of flavorings you add with either vodka or purified water. Just curious how others thin their VG.

No, I don't, but those sound like wonderful flavors to combine in a multitude of ways! :headbang:

The only time I measure anything is when I first try it, so that I can write it up here and remember whether it was a mild or strong flavor and whether I liked it.

When it comes to mixing them, I do what this girl does:

I just dump some of them together into a bottle and and sniff it to decide if it needs something else. When it smells heavenly, I vape it. :thumbs:

The only problem is that if it turns out spectacularly well, you might have trouble creating it again if you can't remember how many smidgens of this or that you added the last time. :shock:

USE VERY LITTLE DISTILLED WATER I RUINED MY 100% VG BECAUSE ITS TO THIN. I DON'T ADD WATER 10% PG AND 10-20 % FLAVORINGS.
