My atomizer just died! I haven’t had an analog for nearly a month
….. Ok, after a minor freak out I have found my little POS S.E. and after a few drops on the atomizer I am feeling a bit calmer. So great, yet another warranty return. The first production Dura just hasn’t lived up to its name at all. At this point it has failed. All of my original parts have died, 2 weeks almost exactly and dead. It showed great promise but for the first production run I have to give it a failing grade. I have heard of a fairly wide spread failure of the first production run so it does not seem to be an isolated problem. Because this device is so promising I am giving it a second chance. I will see if they have worked the kinks out for the second run. The PCC has been functioning just fine. *Update*
Sent an email to Jeff and a new atomizer is on its way. I have to admit that he is a really cool guy and his customer service is absolutely wonderful. He has to be working his .... off. He is the reason I enjoy doing business with Janty.
