Don't know if you ever came up with a recipe close to your desired flavor, but I did see this posted today and thought I would share. It is made with Cookie instead of Cereal flavoring. Scroll down to the bottom of the ad.

EDIT: Thought it might disappear, so I'll just post the recipe in case it does:

Recipe Name: Snap & Crackle Treats

Ingredients: Marshmallow, Cookie, Butter, PG/VG, Sweetener

Notes: This recipe makes 10ml/0mg e-juice, adjust base for preferred strength.

Mix:
1.5ml Marshmallow by Capella
1.5ml Cookie by FlavourArt
1ml Butter by Capella
6ml 50/50 PG/VG No-Nic Base

Test the mix, if needed add sweetener to taste.
