THIS IS UNTESTED - I'm just winging amounts based on the components and how I like them in my Rumchata recipe. Egg Nog is going to have a lot of Nutmeg in the background. I'm leaning on the Vanilla Bourbon - I like a LOT of vanilla, and because I'm going with the Catalan Cream, I want a little extra, since I think I'm going to lose compared to the French Vanilla Deluxe.
