I've been dripping for a full day now. My tanks, and clearos have gone unused since I received my rda atty, and rebuilt the coil. Its a little bit of a pain to drop in a few drops then vape. But I'm definitely enjoying the dripping! I'm useing a smoked single coil rda, 2.5mm silica wick, with a kanthal 30 gage 4/5 1.8 ohms rebuilt coil.
I would recommend dropping, however its kinda tricky to rebuild coils. Don't let the easy looking YouTube videos fool you. The kanthal is much thinner than how it appears on video.
I learned real quick if you wrap them to tight, it won't wick and will tast ....ty. To lose and the wick slides out. It took me 7 tries to get it working well. But now that it is, I'm all about the dripping!
All in all it was fun building the coils. The learning curve is steep, but I enjoyed the whole process. So give it a try! Just make sure to check your ohms before testing your coil.
