Yardbyrd can be seen aloft. He appears to be dancing, rather eccentrically backwards across the sky! He continues his odd byrd dance his back to you, tail feathers shaking, interesting legs bouncing and shimmying, head swaying backward and forward until he gets close to the ground of Vapeland and his plain wooden perch appears and he lights on it; backward! His smooth translated voice can be heard as the perch rotates 180 degrees and you can see his YB medallion is glowing orange:
"Hail Vapelandians and a good evening to all! It has been recently called to my attention, by my observant, if not precocious assitant James, that all of my ramblings are classical and not very contemporary! I apologize for this. My recent journey aboard the Pear Ship intersected paths with an odd human traveller; he seemed to be dancing backward through space and passed straight throught the hull of the Pear Ship, turned around, and addressed me. He was a shimmering image of color and light. He addressed me:
"Hail and greetings old Byrd! I have been observing your eccentric actions and old world words in your Vapeland Sphere -that is what has brought me here! I observed your beak adorned with a frond."
So I asked him, "Who are you?"
To which he replied "Captain Beyond!"
