I have been ordering tons of stuff recently as I am only 2 months into vaping now and need just about everything from e-Liquids to batteries to cartomizers. I have had some good experiences and have discovered some awesome vendors out there. Unfortunately, I have run across some vendors that were not awesome at all and make me wonder how they stay in business with how they operate. I have learned that it is important to research vendors before ordering...or you could regret it.
Places to research vendors include various cigarette forums and social networks including facebook and twitter. Google a vendor and look for reviews before placing an order.
Another thing is, you never want to place a first order with a vendor for lots of $$$. Place a few small orders first and see how things go. Always use a credit card that you can do a charge back if you get in a bad situation. Avoid debit cards.
Also make sure the vendor is using a secure server to process transactions. There are some posts here on ECF to instruct you in that area if you are in doubt. Link:
