First day at the gym since I began vaping...

... and it appears to be a success. Back when I was dumb enough to smoke cigarettes the day before (or the day of!) trying to work out, I'd usually end up sitting in the locker room feeling like I was going to pass out after a hard workout. It's normal to be exhausted when I'm done, but the lack of oxygen was really messing with me.

But today I got back at it for my 2011 attempt at getting back in shape, and I didn't experience any problems. Well... I'm fat and I've gotten a lot weaker since the last time I was at the gym, BUT I mean I had no problems with breathing or feeling like I was going to die. So that's cool. I'm still going to watch how much I vape just to limit the affect of nicotine constricting blood vessels and raising my blood pressure, but at least now I know I can still have a little nicotine and be successful at the gym.
