Fogger build

I know this thing can be a PITA for a lot of folks, so I feel like maybe I'm just lucking out, but I've just completed my second build with my somewhat-modified Fogger V2(?) and I thought to take some pics this time, so here's what I've done. First though, I should clarify that I have done most of the modifications that are recommended in this thread, which I can't thanks enough for existing: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/atomizer-mods/480183-fogger-v2-performance-upgrades.html

Here's the coil I used this time. It's a micro coil wrapped on my smallest micro screwdriver, (I don't know it's size) and it comes out to .9 ohms, which is perfect for me as I like to go as low as I can while still keeping it safe for a good 18350 battery when I'm out and about.

After it's coiled, I put a very thin wisp of cotton through the coil:

I finished pulling it through, cut it off right at the holes, and put the chimney on. I then poked it around a little to make sure that there was barely anything coming out of the holes, but that loose cotton fibers were blocking it to prevent flooding.

After a couple test fires I tried it out, got some flooding, and went back and added a little more cotton near the holes and on top of the existing cotton in the holes already to help soak up any extra juice leaking in. This picture will clearly show the added cotton (which was a useful tactic with my first build as well.)

It fired nicely, and is vaping like a dream now.

This build walks a fine line between flooding and not. I'm sure the next time I take off the base of the air flow chamber, it'll be quite moist, but I'm not bothered as long as 1) it doesn't gurgle so much that it messes with the vape and 2) no juice comes out of the air holes. So far, so good on both of those fronts.

I hope this helps someone. None of this is new information really, I just spent a lot of time borrowing others' ideas, especially from these two threads which I'm very grateful for:

this is the one mentioned at the top as well: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/atomizer-mods/480183-fogger-v2-performance-upgrades.html
