The Big Brother of Aqua !
What is it?
This is a take on the Aqua, a dual coil design Kayfunish SRTA (Silica based Rebuildable tank Atomizer). Done better due to its wider girth ~ thus more deck real estate, thus easier to build and intakes more juice. And no, this version of the Fogger is NOT a Taifun-GT internal design, unlike all the other previous versions of the Foggers. And no, it is NOT A CLONE either.
Microcoils prepared and mounted
28g Kanthal, 10 wraps each on a toothpick, 1.4Ω coil each
Coil trimmed and tested
Setup Resistance checked
Setup reading minus Base reading gives the Final Resistance of the Atty, i.e. 0.7Ω
Setup fired and coils Squeezed
Wicks inserted
Wicks tucked into the juice channels
Ensure the wick tails sit inside the ‘vertical channels’ ONLY. Don’t extend any part of it to the horizontal juice channels. Else the liquid travel time will be more than the atomizing frequency. Plus the ‘bend’ at the angle (where the chamber tube sits) could ‘choke’ the wick. Either of which (or both) could result in dry-hits.

Fogger v4 Assembled and Tank fill
You don’t need a needle top bottle or a syringe to fill it up. Just place your regular juice bottle tip onto the fill-hole (at the bottom) and squeeze. Exactly like the Kayfun Lite. The juice will flow into the tank without any spillage.
Note: My pic above shows a juice built-up at the mouth b’coz I’m actually not filling it. I just placed an open bottle with one hand and am clicking the photo with another hand.
BOTTOMLINE:
How is it? Bam! A perfect vape! The Fogger v4 is GOOD, very good actually! I have been running this build since 3 days now ~ and not a dry-hit, as my Fogger v2 was prone to. It also behaves well and very responsive to the ‘air-flow control’. Which moves from Total Shut to Lung-inhalable Open. Under all airflow conditions I have not had any over-wicking or under-wicking, thus no gurgling either.
And surprisingly, tho I’m coming from the enthralling world of Gus-ESTIA and UVO’s AQUA, this rendering of Yiloong holds its ground well against those two big-shots! The Fogger v4 chunks out correct VTF* and true to its name it does FOG UP the surrounding! Yes, that good it is.
Overall this is a very capable atty. It’s a genuine RBA, tho inspired by the Aqua format but as original as it gets, Not a Clone! Works very well, gives a perfectly satisfying vape and I have no qualms in recommending it to everyone. This is a must have atty for people who love their Kayfun type of toppers.
