Its been about four months since my last cigarette and I do have to say that it has been an experience. I am sure I've already spent over two grand on vaping equipment and e juices and while I am certainly glad to have the fine folks here at ECF to help me on my journey to understanding my smoking replacement, this journey has been an expensive venture but one of promises of a healthier lifestyle.
Prior to this I had spent wasted good money on Blu with promises of cartridges that were equal to a pack of smokes. Those damn things tasted burnt after two hours, which coincides with their lame batteries lasting only two hours. I think i tried this out last year. I bought each of their flavors and they were just nasty. I would smoke an analog after puffing on it. It was a joke, a poor substitute. Why waste the money on something like this?
in June, I was joking with a co worker about bacon flavored vodka, and he joked that there must be a bacon flavored e juice. Curious, i searched and found it, mention of it at least, on ECF. Going through and reading posts, I learned enough to want to give vaping a chance. Not through Blu but through the experience of others. PBusardo's TasteYourJuice was also a great starting point.
It all started with the Ego Twist and a Spinner I bought from MyVaporStore, they have a combo deal that includes two clearomizers. I got an iClear16 and a Kanger Evod. As soon as I loaded and fired, it became clear. I am no longer a smoker. I gave away my last full pack of smokes.
From then until now, my equipment arsenal has grown. I have an eroll, which I still use as my public pv; a Volcano Lavatube v2, which I loved but is now backup; a Provari, which is my primary for home. I have carto tanks, three protanks, three protank ii's, a mess of drip atomizers and a Z atty pro.
