Having trouble switching from Analogs? My advice

I've told my story several times on ECF, so I won't go into a lot of detail. You can find it my posts. Suffice it to say, I've been vaping a year and a half; it took me 1 full year to quit smoking daily. I've been *mostly* smoke free for 6 months. I have caved approximately once a month in these six months, always at the same time of the month. But I haven't set aside my ecigs. I just pick one up again the next time and hit the ejuice. What helps me is having an array of juices and an assortment of ecigs and mods. One is always in working condition and if all else fails, I toss on a new atty. Keep yourself well supplied. Lower your dependence at your own pace, and don't berate yourself. Experiment and read alot on ECF or somewhere informative to eventually find the equipement and techniques that will work for you. Most of all, don't give up. Ecigs are different from other methods, as you've found out. One cigarette (or 5 or 10) isn't a failure. Take it all as a learning process and understand that stress levels and other factors play a role for those of us who need to wean down more slowly. Best of luck!
