HIC's PEAR-APPLE FRANGIPANE recipe

(European fruit and almond tort, for those who like baked pears)
1.5% FA Pear
1% FA Apple Pie
1% FA Almond
0.5% FA Cookie
0.5% FA Apricot
0.5% FA Catalan Cream (can use Vienna Cream plus extra Cinnamon, but Catalan's better here)
0.5% FA Brandy
0.5% FA Cinnamon Ceylon

The Apple Pie, Brandy, and Apricot flavors complement the Pear without competing for attention.
This is strong at 6% total flavoring; can be diluted to half-strength for light flavor.

TFA's Quince would make an interesting substitute for Pear.
