My process start to finish, and you can see if that would work for you. I like it because it's about as simple as can be, no syringes til I get ready to flavor the juice. Doing it my way, you do need to know your pg/vg ratio that you like and for sure your nic strength.
Take a liter of 100 mg nic from the freezer, let it thaw. Pyrex measuring cup, measure out 120 mls of nic, pour into a 120 ml wide mouth bottle from amazon. The opening on these bottles is about the size of a 1/2 dollar. Repeat til nic is gone. Put all in the freezer except one.
Pour that 120 ml bottle into a glass jar that will hold at least a 1/2 liter. (you could use plastic, I just like glass). Mix in my vg by means of pyrex measuring cup. Mix the vg and nic together very well. Takes a bit longer for vg to bond with the nic. Use pyrex to measure pg, pour that in the glass jar, mix well. I'm done. I now have 24 mg 70pg unflavored juice.
When I want to mix a flavor, pull up enough base from my jar with a syringe for ever how much flavored I want to make. Use a 1 ml syringe to add my flavors. (at some point I'll move to drops, but for now I use a 1 ml syringe). Shake and vape. Done.
