Extra wick does hold more
juice, but that's all it does - hold it. It's not smart enough to store the
juice out there on the fringes, monitor wick wetness at the coil and at just the right time, send
juice marching toward the coil
I also think it may hinder the vape because all that juice will SLOWLY disperse (or be sucked) to extreme dry areas of the wick, like in the coil, but the juice that is sucked over there has been cooked aplenty, so flavor will be off.
Additionally, I believe that excess juice in the chamber (in excess wick) coils vapor much like a lakeside breeze at a much smaller scale.
