Not usually that I've seen...often come with a dual coil set up on it at about 0.8 ohm....you could take 1 off to start at 1.6 Ohm (and have an extra coil)
Pretty easy...3 posts...outermost 2 are negative, center one is positive...
Make coils...trap one end of coil under one negative screw, trap other end under positive....try to keep coil as much in front of airholes in cap as possible and not contacting metal deck or cap...
Trim extra wire not part of the coil away...
