It's Official : E2s Are My Favorite Cartos

There are only a few drawbacks I have found with E2s. One is the fact that they just can't be cleaned. There is no successful way I have found around this. Not that it matters much, because when they go dry, it does not take long for a new flavor that is introduced to the carto to come to the forefront, as long as it is a complimentary flavor, that is. The second drawback is the first odd taste. All of my E2s seem to have an odd taste when I first vape them. I don't know if it is because they are new or what, but that taste DOES seem to fade over time, leaving only juicy goodness. I do not enjoy it when they do get dry, but it is a clear indicator for a fill-up! I do NOT count having to fill with a syringe as a detriment, especially when using those little white, soft tipped syringes. Number one, that kind of syringe can't give anyone pause for long, and once you get the hang of it, fill-up takes a few split seconds. That's a plus for me. I detest dripping at the moment, and I think that is mostly because it is so inconvenient to me. Even regular E2s versus the XL E2s last pretty much all day for me at work, and either having a back-up E2 or a quick fill-up in the bathroom is no issue.

I like regular and LR cartos, but they have their place. They seem to die and clog faster that my E2s. I have one E2 that is going on five weeks and still vaping like a pro. Not one of my regular cartos with filler has gone that long without clogging or quitting on me.

Maybe I will change my mind later, but for the moment, I am loving these E2s. Many people do not like them for their taste or inconvenience. I think they are wonderful :)

Hi-- many times some of the E2 cartos are shipped with some sort of lubircant or primer. I think mostly it is lubricant that is beign used to slide the carto into the tube because it uses a tight filler ring. I opened up some and saw what was definitely some sort of lubricant oozing from around the edge of the ring. They probably are applying just a drop or two thinking it won't harm anything but these same workers may not vape and don't know what it does to the taste. Its shocking when you get that acrid pertoleum vape (and can be damaging to your throat and lungs). Some of the key players in the large RoyalSmokers thread are in constant contact with the manager of the factory floor there in China and they are taking feedback and have promised to get rid of the primer/lubriccant problem.

I have gotten some that are completely dry and some NOT. So to be safe I remove all of the rings and rinse them out...then do a couple of dry burns (after I have dryed them out of course) until no more smoke arises from the coil. In case you don't know you can accomplish a dry burn by attaching the carto to your battery and pressign down on the button until it glows, then release the button and repeat until no more smoke arises. Shouldn't have to do this too many cycles and also don't press in for too long (about 5-6 secs is good).

They are GREAT...you have no polyfill or other filler material to 'affect' the taste of your juice. I have tried many different cartos and none compare, IMO, to the E2's. They seem to be very hardy also. I have not had one of mine go bad yet...another advanatage is you have a little warmer vape with these as the atty is near the top of the cartomizer.
